Happy Easter

W/ Easter happening the day after we returned from vacay, we were forced to dye our eggs nearly two weeks early. We will not eat them, but they still worked for hunting!

Pinterest has all kinds of cool ways to decorate eggs. Maybe next year, this is what a $2 PAAS kit will get you - ugly eggs that were still fun to make.

We got home at 8:30 on Easter Eve, Hadley crashed in the car so Finley got things ready for the Easter Bunny.

The kids woke up and the race was on! Hadley was still wearing her clothes from the day before, we didn't bother trying to change her into jammies.

16/17 eggs were found, we might not find #17 until it starts to stink.

They each found their Easter basket stuffed w/ fun things! 

Our neighbors always invite the kids over for an outdoor hunt w/ their nephews.

W/ a post-vacay hangover of crabby kids, Patrick took the kids to a movie so I could unpack and start our mountain of laundry. Today does not feel like Easter, but that's OK, Happy Easter anyway!
