There are three posts for three special occasions - be sure to read them all...Welcome Nolan Ryan, Fire Truck Birthday Party & Hadley's Baptism.
Thursday, June 14th turned out to be a long day...ask Heidi for the gory details. But the unmedicated pain was worth it and thank goodness the anesthesiologist finally arrived. Oh my - not sure why anyone would choose to go drug-free to deliver a baby! After lots of begging, swearing, pounding, yelling and waiting, the epidural was started and Mom, Ryan & I crawled out from hiding. Less than four hours after arriving at the hospital...Nolan Ryan was born!

Upon arrival, Nolan was very alert and ready to meet Auntie :)
After weeks of wondering when #3 would arrive, Nolan chose a super-busy weekend for his birthday - he didn't want to miss a party! The only unfortunate part? My hospital visits and snuggles were limited, but we've got forever now.
Hadley is exactly 6 weeks older than Nolan, my teeny baby now looks like a big girl! I posted this picture on FB and loved one of the comments, Hadley is showing Nolan how life works now that he is no longer tucked away inside mom. Thanks Laura - too true, look at Hadley stretch out :)
Spencer is a very proud big brother, but it's safe to say Hadley has stolen his heart!
Finley visited too, but he was more interested in playing with Spencer & Easton. Can you blame him? Those newborns don't do much!
Congratulations Ryan, Heidi, Spencer & Easton! We are excited to have Nolan here...finally!
